Stratagem Solutions, Incorporated (SSI) has received International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 certification for its quality management system on May 19, 2022. The ISO 9001 certification provides SSI with a distinction in the industry, recognizing the company’s focus on customer satisfaction.
SSI achieved this certification by planning, developing, documenting, and auditing its quality management system, followed by an independent audit of the system from Perry Johnson Registrars, Incorporated (PJR). PJR’s third party audit reviewed all aspects of the SSI’s Quality Management System (QMS) relating to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. This audit included documentation requirements, quality manual, document control, records control, management responsibility, policy and objectives, quality management systems planning, resource management, training, infrastructure, customer satisfaction, internal auditing, and corrective and preventive action. PJR found no major nonconformities with respect to the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard.
