What is your favorite thing to do on your days off:

Getting Outdoors - I run, hike, swim, road trip... find something new to try.  I went and rode dirt bikes for the first time this past weekend.  And Yes I crashed a few times, but that's part of the fun.

What is your favorite part of your role at SSI:

Having the autonomy to manage my responsibilities and solve problems without needing a lot of oversight.

What is do you see as the next step in your career at Stratagem Solutions, Inc (SSI):

At this point in my career, I'm less focused on chasing titles and more interested in continuing to deepen my expertise, doing meaningful work, and maintaining a healthy balance between work and personal life.

What is your favorite thing about working at Stratagem Solutions, Inc (SSI):

The trust and flexibility I've been given to do my job.  I truly appreciate being treated like a professional and having the independence to manage my work effectively.

How has your career advanced since you’ve been with SSI:

My time at SSI has allowed me to continue building on my experience in cybersecurity while gaining a deeper understanding of the mission as a whole and the challenges that come with supporting the Warfighter.

What is your favorite quote:

What is one thing you cannot do without:

Plans on the horizon - I'm always looking forward to the next race, trip, or adventure-and usually, before one happens.  I am currently booked for a trip to Egypt in February and I'm already planning my next trip to Iceland for the following Fall.  I'm currently training for my first marathon in December while starting to also train for a half Ironman race next Spring.  Having something new to challenge myself towards or look forward to keeps me climbing.
