Josh Thigpen

1. What is your favorite thing to do on your days off: This spring we have enjoyed working in the yard, getting the flower beds ready and building a koi pond.  

 

2. What is your favorite part of your role at SSI: I like being able to support BMD.  I can get my hands on budget, cost and EVM tasks.  I believe this has helped my transition and understanding of the bigger picture.  

 

3. What do you see as the next step in your career at Stratagem Solutions, Inc (SSI): I plan to continue to take on additional tasks for SSI, and BMD.  I’m not sure I understand what this will look like, but I know I will appreciate the opportunity to support both SSI and the warfighter.  

 

4. What is your favorite thing about working at Stratagem Solutions, Inc (SSI):  I appreciate the resources SSI invests in their employees. Premium benefits, training, and day-to-day support provided in various functional areas. 

 

5. How has your career advanced since you’ve been with SSI: I have been promoted to task order/department manager within 16 months of hire date.
